Not often anybody receive positive comments after an incident like this:
Nice to know they know what to do in a disaster.
Maybe in training for that plane that landed without any fuel the other day in a storm, that was so close to a crash.

Qatar Airlines flight QR017 just hit turbulence on a flight from Doha to Dublin over Turkey during mealtimes. The worst possible time for cabin crew. The aircraft was a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
I wonder where the people were sitting that were most exposed to the violent acceleration but I would think it would be at the back of the plane.
