I was wandering if when I used my seatime for my ab if it went away and I had to re accur it for my 100 ton or if I can re use it. Thanks for any help
You can use it. The only time you might have an issue is if you tried to count it for QMED (Licensed Oiler) time.

Next time record the time, question and answer. Also include that in any customer service input.
Better yet, use the live chat feature in the NMC website. You can print a transcript of the entire interaction complete with dates, times, and who the representative was that spoke with you. Be sure to ask specific questions.
