Does Seadrill give bonuses??? Had a offer from them a while back and it did not say anything about a bonus, but some guys I know that work for them told me that they do. What’s the deal on this, do they just not mention this when they make a offer?

First, what position where you offered? Second are you referring to retention or management bonus? Third, I believe they stopped the retention bonus scheme for new hires after January 1st, 2012. When I was there in 2011, they still had it, but I have heard that its no longer there.
