Not for long if Trump gets his will. He’ll move sweatshops back to Bronx and Queens (in Trump owned tenements of course) and fill them with illegal migrants from Latin America and Haiti, with some Puerto Ricans out front for legal cover.

Please elaborate on this…it seems our usual spewer of Chinese propaganda has gone on hiatus so perhaps a new voice telling us how great “the motherland” is, is in order. Perhaps moving this conversation to the “Understanding China” thread would be appropriate as well.
The news coming out of China lately clearly shows that the emperor has no clothes and lays bare the absurdity of supporting the propaganda. Toning down the fabulous rhetoric is probably a natural reaction.
No I’m not inclined to elaborate, I come here for the professional seafarer’s aspect. I only mentioned it to clarify that even as a supporter of China I could find the humor in the original link. I didn’t realize until after I posted that it was a fairly old thread.

Wishful thinking on you part. I have been travelling back to my second home and busy getting settled in. Hope to be contributing with some annoying fact for you on and off.
