Good day, I am currently trying to find out, or see if some time, would be counted on my license. I upgraded to 2AE from 3AE unlimited, I was approved for the 2AE and was awaiting the background check and shipped out as a 3AE. Does this 3AE time count toward my upgrade to 1AE. Any answer or direction you could give would be appreciated.
