I know there are a couple of others that have posted that they have an upgrade that was postponed by the shutdown, but has anyone started to see any movement??? They received my app on 9/18, although they didn’t “check it in” on their system until 9/25 and it has been sitting in “Ready to be evaluated PQEB” since 9/30. I’m trying to be patient since it’s only been a week since they went back to work, but it would be nice if there was some sort of indicator of the current backlog they are dealing with. Ok, rant over.

I submitted my application for upgrade from 3rd Mate unlimited to 2nd Mate unlimited on March 5, 2014. It has been on the “Ready to be Evaluated PQEB” status now for about two weeks. Hoping it clears this step sooner rather than later. They said 4-6 weeks overall application to print, but that seems like it certainly isn’t going to happen.
Eval for my app was 8 weeks. I put the app in 2 days before the shutdown though. It took 2weeks from passing test to mailbox. I thought they did very good under the circumstances.

Everytime I call they say “call in 3 to 5 days.” No changes in the status. It’d be a shame if they made me turn down a job offer because of slow service.
