Nope it’s not a state nor should be treat it like one. We should treat it like the conquered territory it is and subject it to English the language of the United States. If you don’t like it become independent like the Philippines.

You need to brush up on your history. Spain was conquered, not Puerto Rico.

I know my history well but it doesn’t sound like you do. PR was a Spanish territory. Invaded by the US and conquered then ceded by Spain.

And personally I feel that Cuban Floridians should sue the government for underrepresentation on ski mountains in the United States! There’s a lack of Cuban Floridians in ski schools and the lack of Floridian public snow plow drivers is appalling. The amount of skiers speaking English and French over Spanish is unjust. Heck maybe the government should build a ski resort in Florida so life is fair for everyone!

This topic thread is better suited in the Scuttlebutt section of this forum as I see nothing particularly professional about it. In any case there is little reason for this “conversation” to continue.
BTW, Last I heard Guam is still a territory.
