MEBA is definitely the most female friendly option. You can extend your medical if you are pregnant and your shipping card doesn’t expire if you are pregnant (the date is extended) when “shipping off the board”. Also I was told as permanent you could take trips off and still retain your permanent job.
MMP said that they do NOT currently have an option to extend medical benefits and your shipping card does NOT get extend if you are pregnant and shipping off the board.
AMO no one has bothered to ask yet.
