Any of you guys ever heard anything about “Mariners Learning System?” (Mariners learningsystem.com) Friend of mine would like to take this course being he can’t go to an actual school, because of his job, and isn’t interested in a professional sailing career. Just a recreational fisherman who is looking to educate himself more.
