Anyone have any website links for STCW training schools in either the Philippines or Singapore? Looking to work on my OICNW (3rd) and get some training courses cheaper than can be found stateside.

Courese taken abroad do not satisfy the USCG as ligit. Courses counting towards a USCG issued MMD must be those approved by the USCG and as of now that would be Stateside courses. Foreign courses can be attended for your own edification. Google should be all you need to find such courses.
