Two CSOVs ordered by a new Taiwan company:
UPO is commissioning two state-of-the-art VARD 419 Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs), each 88 meters long and designed explicitly for Taiwan’s unique and challenging operating conditions. (Photo Credit: Uming)
The first of these vessels will be named “UMO Atlantic” and will be delivered from one of VARDs yards in Norway (Hull built at VARD Tulcea, Romania)
The second vessel will be built and outfitted by VARD Vung Tau, Vietnam
