Does MSC still have a gangway up order as more people are vaccinated?
Gangway up is still in force.
A mariner’s or ship’s vaccine status still has not changed gangway up (at least in my experience). Vaccine status has recently resulted in a relaxing of pre-assignment restriction of movement (ROM) requirements.
