What electronic chart provider have you found to the the easiest, most bug/trouble free?
We use RosePoint ECS on all of our vessels. It works well, is fairly intuitive, and several times a year there are updates with new program features. It seems to work best if the vessel has internet access for the weather features. You will need to get it on line weekly for chart updates if you do not have internet aboard. If combined with a Hatteland display in duplicate, the proper power and backup power and redundant data streams that configuration is USCG approved as a domestic only ECS and covers the requirements for paperless navigation.
