Is it just me, or is it prevalent in this industry now that the morning report is just being ignored unless it’s a downtime issue?
Are we as short of qualified technicians the same as deck and engineroom officers? What happens if there is a “boom”? Maybe the operations mentallity during the bust hasn’t gone away and they are pinching every nickel?
Tired of seeing critical items just sitting there day after day, months on end. It’s summertime, you don’t need all those thrusters… amIright?
