If a VPDSD course was available in my backyard I would take it in a heart beat. Unfortunately I am land locked and it would cost at least a $1000 to go somewhere to take the course. I know times are tough and money is tight but I think if he could mow an extra lawn on a weekend or help someone move to get the extra cash then it would benefit him greatly to take the course. Sounds like you already have your foot in the door? Would you not be willing to lend you friend some money?
