Kirby pay scale for ab's

I was looking to apply at Kirby and I just wanted to know their pay scale for ab’s

They offered me $305 about 6 months ago. However I have a license/motv and all the STCW bells and whistles. They wouldnt bring me on as a mate due to a lack of recency and a tankermans ticket and offered me that instead.
