Has anyone completed an Inland/GL TOAR at Seamans Church in Paducah? I only need the elements that arent on the NC TOAR that i already have. So its like 23 elements. Any info you can share like cost, or a decent place to stay would be appreciated.
Are you able to just get a NC license? That route covers inland.
No. My near coastal is just a mates license. My inland is a 500 ton master, so they said to operate as a master, on inland waters, on towing vessels, i had to do an inland TOAR. 
Do you have any sea time as mate on that license?
No, just as master on the inland 500.
