I am wondering if any one has info on IBU specifically Southern California. I have not seen much info on this topic. My main questions are these companies running day boats/tugs or are these boats running hitches. I know these companies hire through the hall but am wondering how long you will be a probationary employ before being hired full time. I have no tug experience so have no problem running as AB for as long as needed to obtain my TOAR and enough knowledge to run a tug. Also pay/benefits.
