Either way, how often does it happen that a man works his way all the way to Master Mariner (or Chief Engineer) then ends up owning a multi-gazillion dollar company? Very occasionally it happens that a mariner goes on to [I]manage[/I] a company, but [I]owning[/I], I highly doubt.
