Hi There, I’m wondering if anybody knows where you can find out who is commissioning an offshore vessel to be built? For example, I find out there is a supply boat getting built at shipyard, but how do you find out who they are building it for? I was thinking courthouse records, but there’s got to be an easier way, right?! Thank you to anyone who can help.
