Leave it to the self-proclaimed “Secretary of War” to solve this problem:

PS: Could it be “karsk” in the cup this “Trønder” is carrying?

If you are not familiar with “karsk”,here is the recipe:
Karsk (also called kask or kaffeekask , alongside a variety of different names) is Norwegian [cocktail] (Cocktail - Wikipedia) (from the Trøndelag region) containing coffee together with moonshine and sometimes a spoon of sugar (enthusiasts often consider moonshine exclusively to be appropriate as an added component, as it has no inherent taste like other alcoholic beverages).
Source: Karsk - Wikipedia.
For a popular recipe:
“Put a shiny coin in a cup, pour in strong black coffee until you can’t see the coin, then pour moonshine until you can”.
