With these blood thirsty, pay to have Ukrainians to fight to the last man alive bunch, it’s not about smacking down Putin. It’s more about going against & doing the exact opposite as Trump. If Trump says he wants as many Ukrainian soldiers as possible to live & to have peace, the anti-Trump’ers can’t come out & say they want all the Ukrainian soldiers dead & to have war forever. So they dance around the facts, give more money to Russia in oil revenues, string the Ukrainians along a little at a time & of course never volunteer to go die on the battlefield. It’s all a game, dead Ukrainians aren’t real to them, just digits on a screen. Just like the Uyghurs in the Chinese concentration camps, all the dead due to fentanyl overdoses & victims of sex trafficking in the illegal immigration crisis. Being anti-Trump is the only thing that matters. If Trump feels or fakes sympathy for any of these victims or mentions it they have to take the opposite position. If Trump wants peace & people to live, they have to want war & death, nothing to do with smacking down Putin, all about anti-Trump.
I have a piece of paper in my hand…
Peace has seldom been reached on the battle field and nobody die at the negosiating tablde. But to reach that stage it is necessar for both parties in a conflict to sit down at that table and to want peace.
To let the attacker set the terms of peace is NOT an aveue to just and fair peace.
Ukraine is the underdog in this fight and the one that was attacked.
To support their effort to defend themselves, until such time as a just an fair peace can be negisiated, is the the right thing to do.
The US effort to bring peace is commendable, but it must NOT be at the expense of the ub\nderdo/bully.g and to the advantage of the attacker
I don’t know how many wars you have been in, nor which roll you played in those wars.
I have not been fighting in any wars, nor fired a gun at anybody, even from the relative safety of a warship at sea. I have been in several war zones though, but in a civilan capacity.
Bravo! BRAVO!! No, not really. I don’t believe for a minute you believe any of that. The first 6 months when the Ukrainians had the momentum & tens of thousands more breathing soldiers, sure. After 1 year of battle, before your favorite country on the planet, China, started backing Russia, maybe? But after 3 years with Ukrainian soundly losing, with Russia being re-enforced by Chinese & North Korean soldiers plus getting weaponry from Asia & the middle-east, NO WAY. In these 3 years, how many Norwegians have volunteered on the frontlines to fight this noble cause against the Russian invaders. Zero, yes, 300 Norwegians supposedly signed up for support roles & 1 Norwegian has been killed but none of that is going to draw Russia to the peace table begging for mercy. Russia has a near unlimited supply of oil, a near unlimited supply of Europeans who want to buy it & a near unlimited supply of soldiers from around the world who hate the US as much as you & will go to Ukraine to fight for Russia when ordered.
Just thought I would throw in a couple of numbers, just to get you champing at the bit.
Population of America, random search, 341 million
Population of China 1.42 billion
Never hear a single word about India, 1.41 billion.
Some salty items which are largerly ignored by quasi-geopolitiical experts who are parroting ad noseam the B.S. fed to them by collective west main stream sewage media.
Partnership: The Secret History of the Ukrainian Conflict (The New York Times, USA) - ВПК.name
So instead of chewing the same BS and spitting drivel and talking about the conflict btw two countries whose both history and culture most here have no effing idea about try to relocate the time wastied on drivel to some internet research and do it without the typical anglo-saxon bias.
While reading the BS in the collective west main stream sewage media try to check the a) name of the author b) the quoted source.
In 99% of cases the names are typical banderite and sources will lead you straight to UKR main army/propaganda headquarters .

Just got a push msg with podcast where retired US colonel talks to two British Gents on the situation in UKR.
With Russia, gaining ground, being bankrolled by EU oil money, supported by North Korea, China & Middle-eastern countries, with fighters from all those places plus many former Soviet-Bloc countries on the battlefield fighting for Russia, we don’t need any more evidence of who will be the victor if the war is left to playout on it’s own. The best time for Zelensky to settle a peace with Russia was 2 years ago but Biden, the Democrats & the EU made all the wrong decisions to royally screw over the Ukrainians & cause as much death & destruction as possible for the benefit of the Military Industrial Complex & the bankers who fund them. But if you need anymore evidence, here’s a couple of articles about a liberal American, son of a Biden promoted CIA director who died on the battlefield killing Ukrainians for Putin. It makes me nauseous knowing my tax money goes to the EU & NATO for their evil games of profit.
A very good summary. I don’t understand why no one brings up the historical point of “why NATO was created”.
Duhhh ! It was created because shortly after WWII Russia was already vying for dominance. First with the Berlin blockade in 1948 and the slow but steady land grabs by Stalin. He was adept at changing his plans, hence the Molotov-Ribentropp pact prior to the start of WWII. And now, despite having lost the “Cold War”, and being in a ruinous war with Ukraine, Russia is still looking at the geopolicial map with a 50, 80, 100 year plan (good or bad, it’s still a long term vision).
Whereas orange babyking is vying for the Nobel Peace award so as to best the “colored man” that won it before him.
NATO is the backbone of European, North Atlantic, and US-Canada stability.
Orange boy has no understanding of the importance of the institution, and that the world order established by various means, including NATO, Bretton Woods, etc., is what Made America Great.
At least he has been busy today, breaking the dress code by wearing a blue business suite at the Pope’s funeral:
He also had problem finding anybody on the VIP podium that wanted to shake his hand:

One of the things that truly puzzles me about the anti-Ukraine war crowd in the USA is this: why do they think a million Ukrainians are fighting?
It’s a simple question.
When I’ve asked this of some people I know they mention ‘CIA’. When I ask them to explain further they say the CIA has somehow influenced an entire nation to send a million people to fight a savage war on a daily basis for three years now.
I remind them that Obi Wan Kenobi could barely convince a storm trooper that those drones weren’t the ones he was looking for. But the CIA can convince millions of people in another country to fight valiantly and die for three years? How? Jedi mind tricks?
I ask them , if Russia invaded the USA would you fight?
Well, yes, they say.
Well then, why do you think Ukraine needs any convincing from the CIA to do what you would do yourself?
I think part of the mindset that Ukrainians are mindless robots comes from people who don’t do a lot of traveling abroad. To them foreigners are just notional, existing only to reflect their views on US politics. Foreigners aren’t really people with their own wills and desires. And they must be stupider than Americans anyway. (Fun fact: more Ukrainians have college degrees than Americans, as a percentage of the population.)
You hear them often say, Well I don’t want any more dead Ukrainians, so they should just surrender. Like they’re doing the Ukrainians a favor. Like they get to say what others should believe or think. Like they think the Ukraine is a nation of five year olds, to be sent to bed without cookies.
Fun Fact 2: conscription age in Ukraine is 25. Compare to WW2 when much of the U.S. army was less than 21. These aren’t kids. These are mature men who have decided to fight to the death for their nation.
It’s plainly obvious that the Ukrainians desperately want freedom from Russia, otherwise they would have surrendered already.
If you want to say you don’t want to fund their war that’s your right. But it’s silly to think you get to decide how another nation gets to think, or that they are simpletons swayed by reading substack, or that these are kids who can’t think for themselves.
All together very well said, Similarly frustrating is when people believe a US president can just stop a war between two other countries. Saying “Why didn’t Biden stop Russia from invading Ukraine” makes about as much sense as “Why didn’t Bill Clinton stop mommy and daddy from fighting” - Believe it or not, there is a whole world outside the US. And while the US may turn it’s back on our allies because we didn’t pay attention in History class, it’s at least looking hopeful that the coalition of the willing may come in to fill the gap… Not like they have a choice, the way things are going we’re probably not going to hold up our end of Article V anyway.
Maybe hope of some sanity here?:
We need to do our part to get rid of Sadam Hussain for the people of Iraq. We need to fight the terrorists there to not fight them here. Communism is bad & we need to save the South Vietnamese from it. Same ole, same ole from the pro merchants of death crowd. Killing hundreds of thousands & blowing up other people’s countries is for the chilldddrrreeenn. Suckers…
From the article below. There’s many more but I don’t have time to post hundreds of links.
“Highlighting the extent of the issue, officers informed CNN that most the majority of conscripted personnel were trying to escape. “They go to their positions once, and if they survive, they never come back. They either abandon their positions, or refuse to go into battle, or try to find a way to leave the army,” one officer stated.”
The West, including the USA, needs to use the $600 billion in frozen Russian funds located in Western banks to properly arm the highly motivated Ukrainians with the lots of the very best weapons and let them kill Russians by the thousands, and destroy Russian infrastructure, refineries, power plants, bridges, factories, until Putin’s generals take him out and shoot him.
We also need to start sinking dark fleet tankers, and helping their owners to fall off balconies to cut Putin’s oil sales cashflow. Large retaliatory tariiffs against China and India for buying Russian oil would be a good idea too.
We, the West, need to do whatever it takes to prevent Putin from winning in Ukraine.
Looking for somewhere to escape from the Trump heaven?:
Dear Dr,Bugge.
You should surely get attention of the young lady running the australian Sky News show " Lefties loosing it" . Highly recommended .

It would be an unusual situation if the Ukraine didn’t have deserters.
By the third year of WW1 one of the biggest problems the French had, and to a lesser degree the Brits/Anzacs, was desertion.
In the US Civil War it was a problem on both sides, more so on the Confederate side in the last stages of the war.
And yet all those sides in all those wars kept fighting to the bitter end.
Desertion in a savage, dehumanizing war is human nature. But what can’t be explained away is that the Ukrainians are still fighting. They aren’t surrendering.
There are a LOT of draft age Russians hiding out in SE Asia. Many are not the nicest influence on the local society either.
