Help Needed with Navigation and Passage Planners

Hello,

I am hoping someone may be able to help me, I am currently studying for my PQE’s for the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, and i am researching passage routes for the transportation of Grain via Sea from Argentine to Japan.

I have spent hours online looking for any website or FREE online tools that will help me plan my route and possibly advise the following information:-

Port restictions
Vessel Restrictions
Political Restrictions
Trade union disputes
Weather and Navigation issues
Tides
Infomation relating to seasonal weather info (ie) ICE / Cyclones
Oceans

Can anyone help and point me in the right direction as to how i may be able to gain access to this information

Many thanks for any help

Regards

Vikki

I can tell you where to find most of that info, its on the book shelf in the wheel house and in the master’s office. As far as finding it online free, I’d be surprised if it’s available. Thousands of dollars are spent to acquire and keep this info updated.
