Great Lakes to Western Rivers

I have a Great Lakes Master of Towing license and I’m looking to add the Western Rivers endorsement. Does anyone know if you have to complete a Western Rivers Toar? I have already completed a TOAR once for the Great Lakes and wouldn’t think you would have to do it again since the tasks are identical.

You have to get 90 days under training and observation on western rivers and complete the western rivers TOAR. The only parts of the TOAR you do not have to do arte those designated as a “common element.”
