My GOC or General Operators Course license is still valid until next year. But my GMDSS , INMARSAT and SRROC certificates are more than 5 years this coming April 2013. Are this Certificates included to be renewed every 5 years?

What country are you and these certificates from?
Not the US, as we just have the license from the FCC that covers all of that and is good for life now.
