I just turned 19 years old this month an just graduated from high school… so my plans after graduation was to get into the merchant marine, i got my 3 reference letters, i already sent in my application along wit my 400 word essay, i got my school transcript and i got my email from the school… a couple days ago i called the SIU Hall for an appointment for the test so they appointed me to take it thursday at 2pm, now i need to get the money for the passport an twicc so can I send everything in after i take my test or is the school going to want it before
