I am a final yr student of a marine school inside the caribbean. and is in dire need for a berthing space to acertain sea time for my licence,i have all the neccessary safety docs required by stcw, plus some other documents including advance fire fighting,gmdss licence, survival and rescue, ARPA among others. i am one out of about 20 students who need help in that aspect!!!.
