and another thing, has anyone ever been on a tug boat that didn’t make it back to the dock because of mechanical failure, and everyone was standing around saying " damn, if the chief only had autocad experience and had sat down and drawn something on his lap top, none of this would have happened?"

Never heard of autocad before this post…then again for the most part I’m working in a culture that is a bit behind the times, at least in my region.
