So as a Vessel Master, every Pilot that walks onto your bridge, you must bring this up in conversation during your MPX? I mean, how would you otherwise know the person standing next to you has a well seasoned career that includes time as a sea going Master as opposed or a Tug Master or a ‘kid’ who happens to have a family member in the group he/she is in?
