It doesn’t prove that global warming is real, nor that it is man made, but it certainly add to the many examples from all over the world that the earth is warming (except for in some unspecified place in the Oz outback, where the Government didn’t manage to hide the facts):

Finnmark and the rest of northern Scandinavia reached tropical temperature last week (>30C during day and >20C at night):

Well, this is going well. I truly enjoy coming here. During the pandemic many of the regular posters realized that they were epidemiologists. Now it turns out many of the same people are also climatologists. I must be the dumbest guy in the room. Anyways, now that everyone has changed everyone else’s mind and we all agree with each other because we’re we’re all master debaters here, you guys should solve the gun control debate next.
Luckily the world is all watching, guys. This totally counts, pinky swear.
Also, fun fact, there are Wessagusset indian middens all over the eastern slope of Stellwagen Bank about 30 miles off of Boston, in about 60 feet of water, under just 3-6 inches of mud, along with marsh grass fiber remnants. Their descendants live about 31 miles further east of there today. They seem to be doing OK despite there not being a glacier in the neighborhood. I’m sure it was pretty upsetting when it started to disappear. Or, you know, maybe they were happy to see it go.

Sure, neither drug has ever been proved by “medical science” to reduce CO2 emissions in internal combustion engines, but that groove is just what made them some so powerful in curing Covid-19!

That is weather for you, it changes, sometime in hours, sometime it takes weeks, or months.
It WILL change, that is as sure as death and taxes.
Climate change on the other hand, takes decades or even centuries and is global, not local, like the weather.

Hundreds of the world’s top scientists and science organizations telling us it’s our fault, and offering the scientific evidence.
(Scientists protected by academic tenure, allowing them to say whatever they want without fear of retribution. Scientists who could be rich, arguing the other side for oil companies, but who follow the science instead. Scientists who who live another sixty or seventy years to see the effect of the change, and see it degrade the lives of their children and grandchildren).

I think the point is the world flourished re nature when it was hotter and there was lots more carbon in the air.
But humans were not there.
Are we interferring with nature by trying to lower the carbon in the atmosphere to make it better for humans?

You have it exactly backwards.
Nature didn’t rapidly increase the CO2 level. Humans did, beginning with the industrial age. Scientists are predicting the outcomes, which likely aren’t pretty.
I always use the same analogy: if five doctors warn you you are in the beginning stages of lung cancer and need chemo to deal with it, and one doctor says, Don’t worry, they are full of shit, it’s up to you to decide what to do. Most people are going to go for the chemo. Even though those five doctors can’t really say 100% it’s cancer, and they won’t guarantee chemo will cure you. They are telling you what the scientific probability is.
Right now with climate change denial we are the same place we were in 1955 with the denial of a link between lung cancer and smoking.

no I dont have it backwards, plenty of scientific evidence the planet had far more carbon in the atmosphere way back, no Sahara dessert etc.
Can you grasp the fact that all the carbon in the ground was once gas in the atmosphere?
