Sitting for my Chief mate soon and need the assesments from policy letter 04-02, for stability on a vessel over 10000 tons signed off. Since I’m working on a vessel with less tonnage than that I need to get signed off be an “approved course provider”. Does anyone know who does these and can someone recommend a good one ?
