Anything with intercon is not cheap and basic. Any double hulled barge in good condition is valuable to somebody. The key is how well the good stuff has been maintained. Poor maintaining of the vessels overall contributed rather handsomely to Morty’s problems. . I suspect many quality marine inspectors/engineers phones are ringing off the hook.
