Our company does the BMI thing, not as a hire/no hire, but to have in your personnel file(with the rest of your Physical/drug screen papers). IM 5’11 and 273, around 38% as per the chart. The Co. doc made me do a series of stretches and other range of motion exercises before she would sign me as fit for duty. Now I aint a fat basterd, but we do have plenty of the “Homer Simpsons” working for us… Id hate to be them when it comes time for renewal.
…oh, and just buy cutting out sodas, Ive dropped about 25 pounds in 5 months- Id be a freaking ethiopian if i actually tried to go on a diet/stick to a plan.
