What Binoculars would you recommend? Or do you use?
Swarovski is the only way to roll. Or Steiner. You get what you pay for!
Used to be Fujinon but now I’d go with Nikons.
Btw, if you want a pair of 7x50 Fujinons, I have several I’m offering for $25+ shipping for each.
If you are offering the Fujinon 7X50 Polaris model for $25, you must me making up for it with shipping costs.

you’re right, I just looked up at what they are selling for new and my price is way too low so my apologies to everybody that I pull back on that throttle. I will say that I do thing the 7x50 FMTR’s are very heavy and that is why i was going to sell them. I suppose a $100 would be a more realistic price to ask? I will say that the rubber on the one’s I have is all loose and weathered.
anything that is stabilised, you’d never use an old pair ever again
Fujinon Techno-Stabi are a rocking set.
I have a small 8x40 pair from Vortex that killer as well.
The best commercial marine binoculars I’ve used and still using are with no doubt the indestructible aluminium frame FUJINON MEIBO 7x50 7°30’. The wide field angle provides stability and they are autofocus (no focus vernier). They are simply phenomenal even when they look totally rotten. Ze Best …

I really like the Nikon Action EX, I was surprised when we got a few onboard, with how crisp they are. They blow any bushnells we have had out of the water. The 10 x 50s are a bit heavy, I like the 7 x 50s. For personal use, they make a smaller 7 x 35 that is very lightweight, and I think it costs around $100
I have Stieners and a pair of Bushnells. For the price the Bushnells are really good. I like the compactness of the Stieners

I sent a pair of Fujinons off to http://www.bakermarineusa.com/index.php They stripped the rubber, walnut blasted the metal, re-painted, re-aligned the lenses, and re-applied the rubber. I couldn’t believe how good a job the did, they looked as good as new. I still carry those binoculars to this day.
Surprised I havent heard any mention of Zeiss yet. I got to handle a pair a few years back that a pilot brought with him. I was pretty skeptical about a $1300 pair of glasses, but they were unreal.
Just curious if anyone had an opinion, given the comparable prices of Fujinon Techno-Stabi’s and Zeiss 8x50 Conquests, which would you guys prefer… stabilized or great optics? Though I don’t know if I’m a fan of lower object diameter/higher magnification of the Fujis. Would like to stay as close as possible to the standard 7x50.
Stabilized: Fujinon
Non-Stabilized: Leupold
Only for hunting would I invest in Zeiss, Swaros or Miaptas.
For the money, Leupold warranty is unmatched.

I, too sent a pair Fujinons back to Baker for repair (from the East coast) - Mariner 7x50s. VERY happy with their work AND response time.
