Tropical Storm 06W (Talim)
is moving northeast over the South China Sea about 360 nautical miles southwest
of Taipei, Taiwan with max winds of about 50 knots. Talim will move across the
Taiwan Strait during the next 12-24 hours reaching the southern Japanese island
of Kyushu 36-48 hours without any significant deepening.
