Waiting for my mmc

ok iv red a few employment posts some of them are a few years old iv got my passport twic card stcw as for my mmc its in the final stage of processing the professional evaluation that’s taking more time then i figured it would for entry level i live in ga but im willing to relocate i want to go deep sea cargo or tanker in the engine department are there any company’s out the will hire some one with no sea time? and should i go ahead and apply to them even if i dont have my mmc just yet?
