Prescription meds, non Narcotic but on the watch list for the USCG to be signed by my Primary Physician.
CB, I took a look and couldn’t find what you were looking for…enclosure 4 in NVIC 04/08 talks about the meds but there was no form…Isn’t a waiver given by NMC rather than you own Doctor??
I’m only going with the info i was given, i guess ill have to call the NMC and see what they say.
It sounds like the waiver you’re referring to is the one the NMC gives you that allows tyou to get the MMC despite a medical condition.
