Gentlemen,
After doing some research I have found in CFR 46 11.402 the sea service required to obtain an unlimited endorsement. My confusion is in upgrading from my 3rd mate unlimited to my 2nd mates. I currently have 320+ plus days of unlimited time, however I have a few months of time on vessels over 100 tons but under 200. Under the latest rules if I am not mistaken I can use that time to hit the 360 mark?
