TSHenriette has developed over the eastern North Pacific about 1160NM west-southwest of the southerntip of the Baja California and was moving west at about 7 knots with winds to40 knots. Forecasts suggeststrengthening during the next 36-48 hours and Henriette could be near or athurricane strength by the end of this period, after which gradual weakening isexpected.
