What is implied in your statement is the CO of that vessel was knowingly putting his ship at significant risk allowing them to enter a zone he could not protect.

Absolutely NOT. Not only did I not imply it, I have no idea how anyone would infer that from what I said.

1. It is my position that the current ROE/regulations/standing orders/etc. that allow armed Iranian fast craft to come as close to our Naval ships as has been depicted in the recent pictures and videos is woefully inadequate.

You and others seem to believe that because no suicide attacks have happened yet, then the current policies must be just fine.

Not sure how I can be any more clear.
