TC Mocha made landfall just north of Sittwe, Myanmar at about 0700 UTC 14th. Mocha may have reached a peak max wind of 140 kt (Cat 5) prior to landfall but weakened slightly as it crossed the coastline. Prior to landfall the max significant wave heights were estimated to 54 ft (16.5 meters). It is moving inland at 11 kts and should weaken rapidly to below tropical storm strength by 1200 UTC 15th.
