I am currently an AB with 3 years with NOAA but thinking of making a switch to MSC. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of working with MSC as an AB? Thanks in advance
You are at the country club NOW! why do you want to work? Study and upgrade to a license where you are. NOAA will probably pay for it.
