Hello All,
For a T-Boat, under 65 ft, that only operates domestically in inland waters, I can find nothing in the CFR’s that say an annual inspection is required. What I find instead is this:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/46/176.107
§ 176.107 Period of validity for a Certificate of Inspection.B[/B] A Certificate of Inspection is valid for 1 year for vessels carrying more than 12 passengers on international voyages.
B[/B] A Certificate of Inspection is valid for 5 years for all other vessels.
B[/B] A Certificate of Inspection may be suspended and withdrawn or revoked by the cognizant OCMI at any time for noncompliance with the requirements of this subchapter.
And this:

Could somebody please point me to the annual inspection requirement?
Thanks!
