First off I would just like to thank everyone on this forum, it has been a great help while planning my upgrade. I am upgrading from a 100T NC to a 500T NC master and from an OS to an AB limited. I submitted to the REC and received a letter stating that I need to complete my STCW assessment, referring to chapter II/4. Maybe I am looking in all the wrong places but I cannot figure out what exactly I need to do this. I have email the coast guard and have yet to hear back. If someone on here could tell me what I need to do I would really appreciate it.

It is the Ratings Forming Part of a Navigational Watch (RFPNW) Assessment they say you need to complete. II/4
