Two becomes one, only to becomes Seatrium

It’s going to take some time to get used to the old traditional names being no more
Keppel Shipyard can trase it’s roots back to Tanjong Pagar Dock Company Limited (TPDC) in 1864. It has existed under the name Keppel Shipyard Pte. Ltd .since 1968.

Sembawang Shipyard originated as the British Naval Shipyard in 1938 and became Sembawang Shipyard Pte. Ltd. in 1968.

PS> Both were Singapore Government Linked Companies and had subsidiaries though acquisitions in many parts of the world, which is part of the new entity.
