The tug WATERMAN arrived with the newbuilding hull CELTIC in IJmuiden, the hull was taken over by 2 inland tugs for further transportation to Urk for final outfitting

PS> No it is not a ship yet. It is just an empty hull that will be outfitted at the yard in Urk. That keep Dutch shipyard workers and equipment suppliers busy for several months.
What flag she will be flying, who will man her and where she will be trading is not known yet(??)
In any case, it doesn’t matter to the shipyard workers, or their families.

I don’t know how you manage to follow so many news sites. Carey Bay has a wonderful pub with great meals and was the first place I tried a craft beer, Emerson’s Beer that has now gone main stream.

SMC is pleased to announce Delivery of 19,000 DWT rail car carrier, Hull No. H3090 (mv “MAYAN”) at Guangzhou Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard, China. This is the second unit from the series of 2 x 19,000 DWT rail car carrier ordered by SEABULK LLC USA.
All vessels in the series are classed by ABS and will be built to Marshall Island flag requirements. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 22nd September 2021.
