Having trouble finding a place that offers this class online: Google is not returning much
I called the NMC and the SA class needs to meet 33.CFR.104.225
If anyone knows of a online place that offers this Please post it up.
Only one I have found is

But I am not sure if they meet the 33.CFR.104.225 I called and got no answer 
If you go to the NMC website, on the main page you’ll find a link for approved courses, and using the menu, I found this place:
http://www.northeastmaritime.com/
And there may be more under other tabs.
That doesn’t mean the other place isn’t approved but it’s best to be sure before you plunk down your money.

I have done training with them before. I forgot the NMC had drop down list of courses.
Isn’t that an STCW course? If so you may not get credit if it’s on line. Call the Coast Guard before spending your money.

The link I gave him came right from the approved Coast Guard list on the NMC website.

Well the site i went to does not work so thats a mother fucker right there. I wish I would have tried a few days ago. God damn it. Something that should be easy turn out to be fucking hard.

sorry for the rant I am just really frustrated at trying to find a place that does it online and the site works.
It says that if you’re a mariner from the U.S., you have to take the classroom course and not the online course. At least that is my interpretation.

Well, I found my old MSA cert. I forgot I did it back in 2015. But it says
MRSCTR-562
in accordance with the training requirements of STCW Regulation VI/6-1 and STCW Code A-VI/6-1, the ISPS Code and 33 CFR Parts 104 and 105.
