SEACOR Marine

Greetings,

What are some thoughts about SEACOR Marine? How do they treat their people and how do the wages compare to the other? I assume Otto Candies is still the top payer for the GOM.
Would any one know a contact I could mail a resume to at SEACOR Marine? Any answers are appreciated.

Seacor is a good company. was even better before they got so big. Like most they will tell you to do an application onlone.

Good benefits and pay, they just have a bad habit of going through a hiring frenzy and then huge layoffs with longevity not counting for anything.

So when things get tight just be aware of whats whats.

Excellent benefits, and fair pay, well organized overall, and the trains run on time.
One of the best to work for for small vessels, or to start as a OS, but they have very few supply vessels and nothing in the states over 3000 ITC. I would second what Jemplayer said about layoffs, but they USUALLY lay off the dead wood first…
YMMV

Where does Seacor have vessels overseas? Anything in Singapore area?
