It’s a commendable organisation.
I recall a debate in the UK about how long after a person became face down in the water the various medical and relevant experts would attempt resuscitation. Naturally the answers varied in matters of minutes etc.
I decided after reading the RNLI’s response, that I would unerringly choose them to rescue me. They said they would attempt resuscitation so long as there were no signs of decomposition!
I must be doomed: I recognize new signs of decomposition in myself every day!
