Holy crap. I submitted my renewal application for 3rds ,dde , ce osv , and the usual alphabet soup stcw stuff and had a new correct license in my hand in 14 days including weekends. Good job NMC!
Do you mind me asking which REC you used? My renewal was sent on August 27th to (REC)Memphis, and it hasn’t been processed there as of September 17th. My last three renewals have flown through the process (REC to NMC to me) , average 14-18 days. Nothings changed, i.e. medical, driving record etc. Scratching my head…
I sent my renewal application next day snail mail to New Orleans on July 21. Issued on August 25.

Call the REC and ask them if there’s a problem.
Yeah you should call them. I’ve heard horror stories about if there was any little thing wrong with your application they push it to the side and continue on with the others and once it slows down a bit then they start working on the messed up ones. Just call and stay on that ass!!
